Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TPS Social (the "Service"), provided by TPS — Technological Problem Solutions, Cairo, Egypt ("TPS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
• Workspace owners are responsible for the team members they invite and the roles they assign.

2. Connected social accounts

You may connect only social accounts and pages you are authorised to manage. Your use of each social network remains subject to that network's own terms and policies. Social networks can change or limit their services and APIs at any time; TPS is not responsible for decisions or outages of third-party platforms, although we will work to keep features available.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing or infringing content, or spam;
• violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the Service or other users;
• scrape the Service, circumvent plan limits or credits, or resell the Service without a written agreement with TPS.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant TPS a limited licence to host, process, display and publish that content solely to provide the Service on your instructions. You are responsible for the content you publish and for obtaining any approvals or permissions it requires.

5. AI features

AI features generate suggestions automatically and may produce inaccurate or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it. AI usage consumes credits as described in your plan.

6. Plans, credits and payments

• Prices, plan features and credit allowances are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
• Subscriptions run for the billing period you choose and renew according to your plan unless cancelled. Lifetime plans cover the features of the plan as offered at the time of purchase.
• Credits are provided per billing period as described in your plan; additional credits may be purchased where available.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; we will give notice of changes before they apply to you.
• Refund requests are reviewed by TPS in line with the terms presented at purchase and applicable Egyptian law.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or if required by law. After termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and the TPS and TPS Social names and logos belong to TPS or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and TPS does not guarantee specific business results, reach or engagement. TPS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to TPS for the Service in the three months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Where changes are significant, we will notify account owners in advance.
